The Jefferson Dancers
Grade Level: 9-12

Prerequisite: Audition Only

The Jefferson Dancers are a select group of our school’s most advanced dancers. The company is open by audition or invitation only, and the dancers rehearse all year, Monday to Friday from 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. This intensive program is intended for career-oriented dancers and includes continued training and frequent performances in all dance styles. Students will have the opportunity to work with local, national, and international choreographers. They must commit to a one-year involvement and meet the district’s extracurricular activity standards.

Grade Level: 9-12
Prerequisite: Audition Only

Jefferson Dancers II is comprised of dancers who are part of the dance program at Jefferson High School. This company is also open by audition or invitation only, and the dancers rehearse all year on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Dancers in this company will have outreach and performance opportunities and will work year-round with different choreographers.
